On the first day of our journey, we traveled to Cheyenne, Wyoming. It took us about 9 hours to get here. After finding our KOA, we then went downtown to Frontier Park to see the Professional bull riding competition. It was very cool! Those bulls are very fierce and there were not many who were able to stay on the allotted 8 seconds. The kids got a taste of the west and then we headed to the carnival. If you have never been to Frontier Days, we suggest you bring the family. I wish we would have been here one day sooner, b/c the kids and I would have loved to see Rascal Flatts & Taylor Swift in concert. We are debating on whether to extend our trip an extra day to see Blake Shelton and Kelly Pickler. Tomorrow we're off to the rodeo!

Day 1- 2nd Leg of the Summer Journey

Do you ever stay home???? Oh ya, you guys are kind of retired now. Must be nice. Actually we just got back from Seattle. Summers are great!!! Have a good time and be safe at the the rodeo. It is beautiful country out there.
