Peach Pit

Today we completed canning 27 jars of peaches. Doug began the process on Thursday with his parents and then Blake, Doug & I completed the other box today. It was fun and really didn't take that long. Our apple tree is full of little apples, so we're going to try applesauce next. Then it's on to the salsa baby!

You are a canner? I am so jealous. Growing up in AZ we did not have fresh "canning" fruit available like we do here and my mom was NOT a canner. I definitely need to learn now that I live in UT. Teach me?

That looks so good!!! I hope that you still have some when we come around. I can't wait for the day that we have a garden or fruit trees.
