Cousin Benny

Tonight we attended a Hawaiian luau in Bluffdale at the home of the Bartons', a missionary couple we met while visiting Doug's parents when they served at the PCC. Cousin Benny from Hawaii was there and entertained us with his ukulele. His son just went into the MTC to serve in the Manila, Philippines mission, the exact same mission that Cousin Benny served in. Benny is the star of the luau at the PCC with his many impersonations, singing, and playing of the ukulele. We have a special memory of him, because he played at the girls' baptism in Hawaii and sang to them. We forgot the camera, of course, but I wanted to record this so that when I print all of this year's posts into a book I will remember tonight.
