Today was spent in the California Adventure theme park, after doing some laundry & Doug doing some business. Sydney's favorite thing was the Mullholland Roller Coaster. The rest of us loved the Screamin' Roller Coaster.
Sydney didn't want to ride Screamin', so she went on King Triton's Carousel.
Disney has a new movie out, Wall-e. The kids thought he was really cute.
** Good news today: we tried to book a few nights at the beach over the 4th, but all sites were full. Today, we got a call from Paradise by the Sea in Oceanside, CA to say they had a cancellation. So, we're switching up our trip a little bit and heading to the beach on Thursday until Sunday. We are very excited.
**Funny note: today Blake was saying that once he turned 18, his dating pool decreased because he wouldn't be allowed to date minors and no older girls would be interested in a younger guy. He had some misconceptions about a few things we had to clear up. After a little discussion, Ashlyn says, "I don't get it!" Doug & I said, "Get what?" Ashlyn says, "Why does Blake want to date a coal miner?" We laughed and laughed!

If you get a chance buy Cars and watch it on your trip, a road trip is the perfect time to watch it.
