Ashlyn

Ashlyn wanted her own blogspot today. She is a pretty easy kid to raise, so far...well, except for the stubborn streak. She always cleans her room without being asked, she was potty trained by the time she was 2, she taught herself to read at 5, and she always looks nice wherever she goes. Lately Ashy has problems with friends. She takes things too seriously and often gets her feelings hurt by what others say. She also worries too much about what the boys think about her. We keep telling her she's just great the way she is. She is also worried about what she's wearing.

We can see the writing on the wall with this one. She needs a school that wears school uniforms. She is too caught up in what she and others are wearing. If she were at a charter school, then she would dress just like everyone else and no one would care if she had on a blue or white polo today. Then by the time she was old enough to understand that clothes do not make the man or woman, she would be ready to enter college. That's when the fun begins for real.

Until then, Doug will be boarding the doors up before long so none of these little boys get in.
