I love salsa day! Every year since we moved here, we meet over at our friend Heather's house and make salsa. Today we had 11 of us and we made 150 jars of salsa. I love her recipe! The unfortunate part is we all stink to high heaven. This onion/pepper smell isn't going anywhere to soon.

Darcy & Melanie had a very stinky job....the onions! We all reaked, but boy is the salsa AWESOME!My camera's battery died, so the rest of my pictures came out too blurry (sorry guys)!

It's nice to be unpdated on all your stuff. It sounds like you guys had a busy summer. I miss the lake. I guess my parents and Doug had a great time!
