Sam's soccer team won again on Saturday. I forget the score, but she was really excited. Ashlyn has a track meet on Thursday in Spanish Fork. She thinks she wants to run the 100m, 200m, and the relay. Blake is finishing up his state testing this week and final reviews are next week and then finals. His athletic banquet is on the 21st, which I am in charge of. He is receiving a letter in basketball. Next year, he signed up for soccer, golf & of course basketball.
Funny Sydney story today..... Doug & I took The Collins' to do a temple session in Salt Lake today. On the way home, Sydney calls me to ask if she can play with her friend Sydney. I told her she was grounded today b/c she didn't obey when I asked her to clean her room and she got mouthy. She replied, "Well, I'm sorry about THAT! Can I go now?" Trying not to laugh, b/c her tone and they way she said it was hysterical, I held my ground. She quietly said, "OK" and left it at that.
FHE was great this week. The Collins' fixed authentic jerk chicken, rice & peas, boiled bananas. We had the Kings' and Frank Holdaway (all former Jamaican missionaries) over for dinner and to talk about their experiences and different families that they knew. It was a great time w/ good food & friends.

What cool experiences you guys are having! Look at what your kids are learning, that is awesome! I think the Sydneys take turns being grounded. Lets do dinner sometime with Chad and Doug.
I just love Syd stories!! They make my day!!
