Day 3

Not much has changed today. It was an entire day of doing the tile backsplash and it still wasn't finished on the 3rd day. So, as luck would have it, 3 day kitchen & bath is now 4 day. I guess I should be grateful it is days instead of weeks. I will have pictures tomorrow of a semi-finished product, once I clean up a bit. There are still a few things we want to do like buy some new dining furniture and stools, new chandelier, and glaze the cabinets. These things will obviously take a bit longer, but will make the entire effect even better. Doug keeps telling me to be patient. Patient left a long time ago and never returned.

Here's my construction advice. Be able to handle mess for long periods of time and for the mess to cost more than you anticipated.
